When using the website, the following data is also collected and stored in log files: IP address, date, time and duration of access, information about the operating system or browser used, URL of the website previously visited, name of the file accessed, amount of data transferred, device-specific information and other access data.

How and for what purpose do we use your data?

We use your personal data to process your request. We base this on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to incoming requests. You are not required to provide personal data, but we may not be able to respond to your request if we do not receive sufficient information. In addition, we use data that we need for technical reasons for the operation and maintenance of our website and/or to prevent and detect illegal use of our website.

Do we share your data with third parties?

We do not sell or otherwise share your personal data with third parties unless we are required to do so by law, court order or governmental authority, or to enforce legal claims. Only for the maintenance and servicing of our IT systems, our IT service provider located in Switzerland may have access to certain personal data. Our IT service provider has contractually undertaken to process the relevant personal data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

In order to optimize our website, we use the web analysis tools Matomo and Google Analytics. These tools provide us, in anonymized form, with statistics and images, which give us information about the use of our website. Your user data and IP address are only collected and used in anonymized form.

How do we use and utilize other plugins, tools and cookies?

Protection of our website
To protect our website and its visitors from unauthorized access or malicious attacks, we have integrated Wordfence by Defiant Inc. into this website. For this purpose, our website establishes a permanent connection to Wordfence’s servers and your IP address is stored on their servers. The provider’s privacy policy applies: www.wordfence.com/privacy-policy/.

Protection of contact information and requests
On our website, we use the re-CAPTCHA service of Google Inc. The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated machine processing. The query includes the transmission of your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

Presentation of our website
For the uniform display of fonts, we use so-called web fonts, which are provided by Adobe Systems Inc. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must establish a connection to Adobe’s servers. This allows Adobe to recognize that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies:
