Jan-Nicklas Bentz primarily advises on commercial and corporate law matters. He assists companies and investors with corporate law issues, corporate governance matters and corporate financings. A particular focus of his practice is the comprehensive advice on domestic and international M&A transactions and restructurings. He also advises on private equity and venture capital transactions as well as on stock exchange and capital markets law matters.
