Jörg Walther
Jörg Walther is a business lawyer and the President or a member of administrative boards of listed, private and national joint-stock companies. He possesses extensive experience in M&A transactions and in matters of company and contract law both in Switzerland and abroad, in particular in regards to corporate governance, compliance, stock exchange and capital market law, competition and antitrust law, submission law, transport law as well as the drawing up, assessment and negotiation of purchase, delivery, service and cooperation contracts. For larger companies, he ensures the provision of a comprehensive external legal service.
